  • Working in conjunction with our Aladdin Implementation consultant team, designing, implementing and testing solutions to meet client business requirements. 
  • Working alongside Project Managers, managing day-to-day client relationships on projects, providing effort estimates and supporting project planning and task allocation.
  • Providing ongoing client advisory and support during the implementation, including solving data migration/reconciliation issues and UAT.
  • Collaborating with teammates from across the EMEA/APAC/NA regions’ implementation group, contributing to knowledge sharing and helping to build an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Partnering closely with our Product team to communicate new requirements and trends you’re seeing with our clients to help shape product innovation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with timely updates on their investments.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop strategies to maximise returns while minimising risk.
  • Monitor market conditions and adjust portfolios accordingly.
  • Research potential  investments and analyse the performance of existing investments.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all client needs are met.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss portfolio performance and strategy.
  • Assist in the development of new products and services.
  • Provide support to senior management as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry news and regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.

  • An eye for detail and a focus on accuracy in all of your work
  • An understanding of, and interest in the Asset and Wealth management industry.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills.
  • Experience working within a start-up / scale-up environment.
  • Stakeholder Management Experience
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
