Front line support
Provision of direct 1st and 2nd line support to clients as required. Our team help to resolve issues directly, and will bring in expertise from the wider Strata team for specific queries – giving you the benefit of our full company wide experience.
Operational Excellence
Working with you we proactively improve the support and engagement process, defining processes and using tools (i.e. Jira / ADO / Power BI) to help produce management information for internal and external stakeholders.
Issue Escalation & Resolution
Assisting clients with Aladdin Book of Work prioritisation and escalation processes to achieve timely issue resolution
Knowledge base & Training
– Our service support team implement a best practice for knowledge base artefacts, setting you up for success and platform adoption.
– We provide hands on training support from Aladdin expert practitioners to continue up-skilling of your team
Aladdin managed service
Our key focus is to streamline what can be a difficult transition from implementation to ongoing support. Our experienced team is made up of individuals with hands on Aladdin practitioner knowledge, and in many cases will have been part of the implementation team.
Initial implementation budget exhausted – We have a number of cost effective commercial models to support and ensure team continuity until you have adopted new ways of working
Only a small % of the business comfortable with new system – Whilst a number of individuals are actively using Aladdin, there will naturally be a transition as the rest of the team adopts the system. In this time there will be training, FAQs, ad hoc questions + liaison with BRS.
Legacy systems are still incurring costs – Whilst Aladdin has been implemented may still be a number of legacy systems running that require decommissioning before full cost savings can be realised. Our team can work with you to plan and implement safe closure to redundant systems.
Post implementation brain drain – as associates that have been working on the project leave there is often a loss of knowledge that can frustrate the adoption of the new platform in the user base. Our hands on experience bridges this gap and allows for continuity of process and platform adoption.
Pressure to realise ROI from the platform – Once the new system is in place there will be a thirst to achieve the original efficiencies of the business case. We specialise in cost effective, and timely delivery of critical day 2 features that may have been pushed out of the initial implementation and can deliver tangible financial savings.
