Unlocking the art of the possible
The client: a UK investment manager live on Aladdin, looking to get more from the platform beyond its original scope.
Our approach: a Strata expert embedded in the client’s support structure two days a week, focused on complex priorities set by the COO team, including its book of work. After two weeks getting to know the organisation, its people and its use of Aladdin, the team drew on wider Strata expertise through a flexible retainer to design solutions.
What we delivered:
- AIFMD support and liquidity metrics for fund structures, using existing Aladdin capabilities
- Clearer interpretation of risk and analytics in Aladdin Explore, where risk models can feel like a “black box”
