The ASK
The programme was established in order to simplify the Asset Management ecosystem and consolidate on to one core platform, Aladdin, bringing middle office functions in-house at the same time.
What we did
Strata were engaged early in the programme to design the future state business processes across front, middle and back office for Public and Private fixed assets, equity and multi-asset portfolios.
End-to-End Aladdin Implementation
- Design, Build, Test, parallel and Cutover, Support & Hypercare.
- Transition / Migration approach – coordination of Aegon teams into the future state, across all regions.
- Aladdin Research, integrating data from Factset from across the US, UK and NL.
- Configuration of EU trade routing to establish STP. Strata took ownership of the Portfolio Master Template.
- Parallel Delivery, suport recs teams to resolve stock and cash Rec breaks to get into a safe position to cutover, support of all trade bookings, triage issues working with cross teams for resolutions.
