The Event
Strata at InvestOps US 2026 – the event brought together a cross section of the global investment operations community. Over three days, COOs, CTOs, platform leaders and operations specialists gathered to exchange ideas, compare experiences and explore how firms are navigating an increasingly complex investment landscape.
Strata was proud to sponsor the event and to meet with many of the firms shaping the next generation of investment operating models. Conversations at the booth centred on themes that continue to dominate the industry: platform adoption, operating model design, investment compliance, and the challenge of delivering complex change programmes while keeping day to day operations running smoothly.
The Discussion
For many senior leaders, the discussion was not only about technology, but about confidence in delivery. Large platform implementations and transformation programmes carry real accountability and operational risk. Firms want assurance that the partners they choose bring practical experience, proven methodologies and the ability to deliver change without unnecessary disruption.
Strata’s Value in this Space
This is where Strata’s practitioner led model resonated strongly. Our teams combine deep platform expertise with decades of investment management experience, helping firms accelerate delivery, reduce implementation risk and build operating models that work in practice.
The event was also an opportunity to reconnect with clients, partners and industry peers. A selection of highlights from the week can be seen in the gallery below.
