The Ask
- The client is a long-standing eFront Invest user, with growth through acquisition and product roll-out. Over the years the eFront instance has become highly configured to meet the client’s specific needs.
- Deliver an eFront Invest Back to Standard project to review all modules and functions performed within eFront Invest and to bring process and setup back to ‘out-of-the-box’, whilst still meeting business needs.
What we did
- Project Management: Strata took over the management of the project, including resourcing, planning and general project management activities.
- Delivery: The team successfully met deliverable targets, including configurations, testing and support to budget and timeline.
- Client Perception: Improved the vendor and client relationship through active management to improve response time, quality engagement and delivery.

- Improved project planning and resource allocation to ensure an uplift in quality of configuration and a reduction in defects.
- Resolved complex issues with underlying software binary through active management and relation building with vendor and client.
- Successfully delivered all configuration requirements within the project timeline and budget, eliciting further requirements to delivery additional functionality and support over 2024.
