We’re looking for a Project Manager with Aladdin® experience to join our team on multiple client change initiatives. We are a fast growing and dynamic financial services consulting business with an enviable roster of high-profile Top 100 asset manager and asset owner clients.
As Project Manager, you will work in the Implementation team and will be responsible for leading the delivery of an end-to-end Aladdin implementation lifecycle.
You’ll be working effectively with Clients to help deliver against agreed requirements within timeline and budget. In addition, you will manage the client relationship including delivering to agreed quality expectations as set with the clients.
You will work as part of a broader change team, effectively managing both internal and external resources across the implementation and provide regular communication and management information across a multi-level stakeholder group.
Developing as a subject matter expert for relevant business areas. You will actively promote an ethos of continuous improvement.
You will need the following:
- Project management experience and an understanding of project management methodology
- Financial Services and/or Consultancy experience
- Previous experience of working with Aladdin is essential, including strong understanding of Aladdin implementation methodology.
- Previous experience of working on OMS implementations is required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
