The role

The successful candidate for this position will work in the Strata Delivery Team and will be responsible for implementing client specific projects linked to the Aladdin Platform. The role will be client facing and be Strata’s key engagement contact so experience in client facing roles and a consultative approach will be key. Essential in the role will be a good understanding of different project methodologies with an affinity towards Agile delivery frameworks. Experience with Aladdin would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities


  • Work as part of the broader change team to effectively manage client deliveries.
  • Design, implement and manage governance frameworks to support effective delivery.
  • Manage delivery execution across different methodologies, lifecycles and multi-level teams – strong emphasis in Agile practices.
  • Planning and scheduling control.
  • Resource management, with the emphasis on building effective teams.
  • Key stakeholder management and communication including senior client engagement.
  • Proactive risk and issue management.
  • Effective scope control across client initiatives and engagements.
  • Budget development and control for client initiatives and overall engagement.
  • Engagement contract control.
  • Provide regular communication and management information to management and business.
  • Actively promote an ethos of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Skills and experience


  • 3-5+ years of delivering projects across cross-functional asset management teams.
  • Practised consultancy and client facing experience.
  • Previous experience of working with Aladdin or other investment management platforms.
  • Strong DNA in delivering investment platform and operational process implementations.
  • Previous experience in working with investment processes, workflows and the different operational teams supporting the end to end process.
  • Proficiency in Project toolsets: Jira, MS Project, Visio and MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel) etc.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in negotiation and conflict management techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a Start-Up environment. (desired)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and thirst for development. 

Education and other requirements


  • Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Willingness and desire to take on wider operational duties within the business.
  • Project Management competency e.g. Agile accreditation, PMP, ACP.
